Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email box in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward mail messages from one email box account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
